The screws at the bottom of the chairs were tightened, but I was told this would probably be a "temporary fix." It took approximately 1 hour of time and the work was completed in my home for a charge of over $300.

They did a beautiful, amazing job. They're really easy to work with. They picked it up, delivered it, and told me how to take care of it. It’s extremely valuable. I used it as a sideboard in my dining room now, it's so beautiful. I had a great experience with them.

Very expensive, but tedious, exacting work was involved.  Great care was taken to replicate the original finish.  Took a long time 2 1/2 months) from start to finish, but they did deliver on Christmas Eve.
There was a problem with the upholstery, but that was taken care of cheerfully, promptly, efficiently and competently.
In the end the chairs look great.

I've used them in the past for other work. The quality of their work is excellent. They do pickup and delivery as well, which is really nice.

I am happy with them overall,i had a problem they fixed and was great about it.They did not have such great Punctuality.I would use them again.

Great! They did a wonderful job calling to schedule the appointment and they were prompt to arrive on the date scheduled. They also did an excellent job of calling me to keep me informed of the progress.

Overall fairly well. The nesting tables ended up requiring significantly more work than originally anticipated. Mr. Mullaly was very fair and did not charge extra from the original quote (he missed a few additional items that had to be done to ensure a quality job). I was pleased with his quality work and honesty.

When contacted by phone while shopping for a vendor we were told that the cost for a standard hope chest was usually between $500 to $600. When we took the chest to the shop we were quoted a price of between $600 to $700 for stripping, staining, varnishing & installing casters to replace the feet. After the stripping, we decided not to have it stained as we liked the original look. Because one of the steps was eliminated we felt sure that that total cost would end up being on the lower end of the estimate. We were notified the item was done (within the time frame quoted) & went to pick it up, where we were handed a bill for $739.00-(tax included) not even within the quoted estimate, much less on the low end!. When we questioned the bill, we were told it was because they had to fill a lot of nail holes!? We told them that didn't seem very plausible or fair, paid the bill & left with our chest, which looked outstanding. Two days later we received a phone call from Mullalys' stating that they couldn't find the original hard copy of the work order & that they would be sending us a check. One week later a $52.80 check did arrive in the mail.

They did a great job. They price was reasonable considering the work they had to put the table and chairs. Very satisfied.

Perfect. They did an on-site estimate. Picked up and delivered the table at the time scheduled, and completed the work in less than the time anticipated. The quality of the work is outstanding. Everything about the experience was perfect.

They were really nice to work with. The piece had to be custom made because it is around 25 years old and out of production.

HE GAVE A GENERAL ESTIMATE FOR THE PROJECTS, AND THE CRAFTSMAN STAYED WITHIN THIS RANGE. JIM SAID THE OFFICE MANAGER WOULD CALL TO SET UP APPOINTMENT, SHE NEVER DID. SO I MADE THE CALL AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH MARK. HE IS A WIZARD WITH FINISHES. THE STAINS WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE WOOD AND HE HAD TO MIX A CUSTOM STAIN TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. HE CLEANED THE WOODWORK AND REPAIRED IT TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THE STAINS EXISTED! THIS EXPERTISE DOES NOT COME CHEAP, BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT FOR PROJECTS THAT HOMEOWNERS DON'T WANT TO ATTEMPT THEMSELVES. MARK ARRIVED ON TIME. HE WAS COURTEOUS, INFORMATIVE AND CLEAN UP WAS SPOTLESS.

VERY REASONABLE PRICE. QUALITY WORK. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO HAVE IN OUR HOME. HONEST ABOUT WHAT RESTORATION WORK WAS WORTH THE COST AND WHICH WAS NOT. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. ONLY ONE MINOR INCIDENT WHERE A RESPONSE WAS EXPECTED BUT NOT RECEIVED UNTIL A WEEK LATER. GREAT FLEXIBILITY DEMONSTRATED.

WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. TIMING WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 4-6 WEEKS, BUT IT ACTUALLY TOOK 18 WEEKS. ITS GOOD WORK BUT IT TOOK TOO LONG TO GET BACK. WHEN I CALLED, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE IN TERMS THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK BUT THEY NEVER HAD A GOOD ANSWER. NOT SURE IF I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT AND STAND BY THEIR WORK! JIM THE OWNER IS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. I HAVE USED THEM OFTEN. IF YOU WANT IT DONE BEAUTIFULLY, CALL THEM!
