They were prompt and completed the cleaning to my satisfaction. They call you a day or so before the cleaning to remind you and on the day of the appointmnet to schedule the time.

They are very thorough and I'm real happy with them.

I think their price varies with square footage. I don't know what other variables they have for their charges. They are scheduled at a certain time and they're always there. They don't eat, drink or smoke in the house. They always do a good job. They leave a little report saying if they have put extra attention on a certain room for that day, or if they're going to do the other room the next time. They're just always very thorough and very systematic. I've just been very happy with their consistency and their service. I think I get good value for what they charge. Sometimes I have to reschedule if I'm going out of town or if a change is needed, and they always take care of that. The lady who comes is usually here between 7.45 and 8 every other week. She's just very polite and very professional. Sometimes she has other employees with her and she seems to be supervising them. It's always good. I will absolutely use them again in the future. I refer other people to them whenever I can.

They stood out the most. Initially they were great. They are actually a good company. They would be here on the dates that I had scheduled. I used them for 3 years. I stopped using them for financial reasons. They used to come every week and I felt I could get it done cheaper. I used to pay them $92 a week. Their price was not bad at all.

HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK TWICE TO CLEAN AREAS THAT WERE MISSED, AND STILL NOT EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. PRICE WAS HIGH CONSIDERING I SPENT AS MUCH TIME INSPECTING AND CALLING TO COMPLAIN AS I'D HAVE SPENT DOING THE WORK MYSELF, PLUS I STILL HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF CLEANING LEFT TO DO.

VERY FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICE IS BETTER WHEN THE SUPERVISOR IS PRESENT.

THEY SAID THEY COST MORE BECAUSE THEY DO SUCH A HIGH QUALITY JOB. I WAS TOLD A SUPERVISOR WOULD OVERSEE MY JOB (FOR AN EXTRA $50). THE SUPERVISOR NEVER SHOWED AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE THE $50 BACK. THEIR CLEANING WAS NOT GOOD. I COMPLAINED AND THEY CAME BACK WITH A SUPERVISOR. IT WAS SATISFACTORY. I WAS NOT CHARGED, BUT WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.

WE HAD TO CALL AND ASK THEM TO COME OUT A SECOND TIME TO REDO A HALF BATH AND DO THE BASEMENT, WHICH WAS MISSED THE FIRST TIME. THE PRICE WAS VERY HIGH IN RELATION TO THE SERVICE THEY WERE WILLING TO PROVIDE AND THE QUALITY OF THE CLEANING.

COMPANYS SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR. MANAGER IS NOT FORTHCOMING WITH INFORMATION NOR IS SHE TRUTHFUL WHEN VERBAL CONTACT IS MADE WITH HER.
