I filled out their "contact us" form on the website, and didn't get any response that day. I called in the afternoon and Brad (owner/president) immediately answered and offered to come out the following day to assess my needs and give me a more accurate quote. The following day Brad was 10-15 minutes late, but was very helpful and personable. We discussed the various options I had in mind for how the work would be done, and if I could do it myself. He said he could do the work in 2 hours and just needed to head back to grab his tools and a ladder. The work overall was done that same day in less than 2 hours with no issues. Like most contractors/electricians he charged me hourly. His work was finished within the time he quoted and was done to my expectations. I finished up the rest of the electrical work (installing fixtures) today on my own without any issues with his work.
