They were very good. It looks good and they did a good job. They took their time to do it right, and they were friendly.

Siding:  Installed Emco double 5" 2-tone steel siding on house/garage and extra garage.  Installed steel J channels around windows doors and angle edges.  Tyvex house wrap on whole house and garage, taping all seams for a weather tight installation.  Used 3/8th drop-in foam behind siding.  Removed existing stucco/cedar/and aluminum.  Installed flashing over windows and doors and all roof areas where needed.  Installed siding blocks for all lights and outlets.  Installed new dryer vents.  Installed 4 gale rectangle vents to match trim.  Re attached brick sills where needed.  Caulked around windows and doors and back caulked where possible.||Smart-side Trim:  Installed 6" smart-side corners on house and garage.  Installed 4: smart-side around windows.  Trimmed existing 3 box windows.  Trimmed front porch post, all gables in 4: freeze boards, bottom boards over roof and 6" freeze boards starting at gables in front. ||Aluminum Trim:  Trimmed all soffit and facia on house and garage with .019 alumimum.   Installed soffit vents every 4' as needed.||Gutters & Downspouts:  Installed .032 aluminum 5" k-style gutters with 4" downspouts on house and garage.  Used existing flashing.  Istalled gutter hangers every 18".||Windows & Doors:  Installed 1 exterior elongated octagon window and re-trimmed interior with matching wood trim.  Installed two vinyl slider windows on back garage.||We also had the Garage doors replaced and Midwest handled that for me also through a company they work with.  The price was VERY good but it isn't included in the total requested for this review.||All cleanup is included with Lifetime warranty on labor and manufactured warranties on materials.||Pat with Midwest was fabulous to work with.  He kept me informed with all aspects of the project.  I always new what was happening when and who was going to be at my house and when.  He did run into a glitch and it was a big one.  One of the materials was delivered to our home on time but unfortunately the wrong color was shipped.  It isn't something that is stocked so it had to be re-ordered and re-made in the correct color.  This put Midwest behind by a few weeks as they waited for the correct color to be delivered.  They were on the phone with the company regularly trying to get them to give them a date when they could expect to see the product but the company wasn't very forth-coming with that information.  Pat would tell me the results of phone calls (or lack of results) every time we spoke.  There was NEVER a communication problem. And while they waited for the correct product to be delivered, they worked on other things so the whole project could be done sooner rather than waiting for the last product to even start the project. ||His entire crew was great; a nice considerate, hardworking group.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat and already have a project in mind; remodel my bathroom and replace my deck.  I've referred them to 2 other friends and they also hired them; one for a roof and one for all new windows. Hire them.  You WON'T be disappointed!! ||On price:  I got 3 quotes.  There's was the best.  But that wasn't why we went with them.  We went to look at the workmanship of the 2 we were considering.  Their workmanship was so superior to the others' that the question of who to choose was simple.  Like I said, you won't be disappointed.

Jordan Larson is conscientious, responsive and extremely capable.

I was very pleased with this company.  David Larson and his son were punctual and professional.  After they started, they were here working every day until the job was completed.  Several weeks after the work was completed, I had difficulty removing a few old screen windows and putting up storm windows.  When I called, Dave came promptly and helped me.

This is a family owned business, Jordan is a second generation owner. Jordan was the my point of contact and he always answered his phone when I called. He was friendly and professional. The workers showed up on time to do the work and cleaned up well when they were completed. They had to do this work in stages; the roofing was done in less than a week (there were a few days of rain) and the gutters were done then as well. The windows had to be cut and fit so they were done at a later time. I would absolutely use them again and have even recommended them.
