AFTER WE RETURNED THE SIGNED ESTIMATE THEY WERE OUT TO THE HOUSE WITHIN THE WEEK, EARLY IN THE MORNING STARTING TO WORK. AFTER DIGGING AROUND THE HOUSE, THEY FOUND OUT THAT WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FOOTING (THE WOOD HAD ROTTED) AND JACK UP THE HOUSE. AFTER WE GOT ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO DO THAT WE CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY CAME IMMEDIATELY TO FINISH THE JOB.
