Randy was recommended to us from a relative and we couldn't be happier. His rates were lower than a traditional Real estate agent, and I couldn't tell you why. He provided everything I would expect from an agent, and more. Initially we contacted him to just sell our condo in Shorewood. He viewed the property, gave a realistic estimate of value, and a basic run-down of how the sale would go. Once we had a potential buyer for the condo, Randy offered his services to be our buyer's agent too, and gave us a slight discount on his fees. We looked at about 20 homes with Randy. Right away he told us something along the lines of "it's not my job to say if you should like a house, it's my job to tell you when a house isn't worth the price." His honesty was commendable. He would do a quick run-through of the house, and then head to the basement where he would inspect the structure. His knowledge of what to look for was amazing. There were quite a few homes that we looked at that needed structural repair, which I would have never seen. He was never afraid to tell us that this wasn't the home for us. It was easy to see that he wasn't just out for the sale, he really enjoyed finding homes for people, and he does it well. He was always friendly and professional, and very responsive. I recommend him without hesitation.
