Fran listened to our concerns as to how to go about selling a house under these circumstances. She put us in touch with a stager who efficiently updated the 60 year-old house. She provided me with lists of inspectors, contractors, electricians, plumbers who she knew could do the work needed.  The staging took less than two weeks.  Repairs on deferred maintenance items revealed during presale inspections were completed in a timely manner. Fran kept me updated with progress on the house, she was always accessible by phone or email.
Staging and repairs were completed in less than a month.  We received an offer the first day it was listed (31 March)and closing took place May 20.

We decided to work with Fran after extensive research on sites like this. She is truly a top notch agent and we are so lucky we found her. From our first conversation she was warm, friendly and down-to-Earth. She was extremely responsive to emails and texts which made our long distance home search (we moved cross country) as painless as possible. During the offer and negotiations process, she was savvy, knowledgeable and truly acted in our best interests to help us close on our dream home. My experience was great.  We actually had a great experience with her.  She was very responsive to all of our concerns.  She really tried hard and she succeeded just figuring out the type of house we wanted and the location.  She was really good.  It didn't cost anything for us because the seller pays the commission.  She got three percent of the purchase price which I think was $187,00 we didn't have to pay that.

Fran was recommended to my wife and me by a colleagues at work who used Fran as their realtor 15 years ago.  Fran immediately returned my call and was very enthusiastic about working with us.  After our initial meeting, Fran did a great job of figuring out exactly the type of home we were looking for.  She made sure that we were given all reasonable options, though didn't push us in any particular direction.  Fran always returned calls and emails promptly and kept us in the loop at important points in the process. Fran's experience helped us make a competitive offer and negotiate what we thought was ultimately a great deal - telling us where she thought we could get some concessions from the seller and where we probably couldn't.  As it turns out, she was always right.  I think Fran is especially good on a couple of dimensions.  
First, Fran is a great realtor for first-time buyers (like us).  She has a very disarming personality and helped keep everything in perspective.  We found that all of the uncertainty produced some anxiety, but Fran was quick to calm us down and reassure us that everything was on track.  
The other thing we really liked about Fran was that she was very happy to do as much as possible electronically.  She was always happy to meet us or talk on the phone when we wanted to do that, but also responded promptly to texts and e-mails and allowed us to sign everything electronically, which really sped things up. 
All told, we can't say enough good things about Fran and will definitely use her again when we are in a position to do so.
