Very smooth. The work was was completed in 1.5 days. I am very satisfied with the superb quality of the results and impressed with his attention to detail. His interactions with me were professional and he delivered, successfully, every expectation I had (and I have high standards).

Dick was available the same day I called - lucky break, another job had cancelled - and worked from 6:20 to 8:30. He inspected the tank, shopped for the needed parts, and did the work with no fuss. Labor charge was $60/hr, but I was happy to pay that for a working toilet!
