This was a small job but Dale and his team did a great job.
We used Jim Oberheu from Concrete Plus to evaluate the basement of a home we were selling. Out of all the contractors, Concrete Plus provided the most reasonable and responsible advice. On his own; Jim went to the village offices and pulled permit history for a historical perspective. We feel that he was very thorough and honest. He would be out first choice and we will recommend him to anyone in need of residential foundation repairs in the future.
