+ -1 moreSee above. We finally received part of our money back after several months. Mr. Timm stated that he did do some work (not what was required to fix the problem, but some work). He also said he was entitled to a "trip charge". We were happy to get some money back and it wasn't worth the time and money it would have taken to pursue the matter.
Description of Work: Bob Timm was supposed to replace 2 circular pumps on our boiler heating system. He came over to check out the problem, came back and said he had the wrong pumps, then never returned afterward to finish the job. We paid him in advance because he was the one who put the heating system in (our small apartment building) and we had no problems with the original work. We had to contact the District Attorneys Office in Milwaukee County to file a complaint against him. We were told it wasn't the first complaint he had received.
