I called the owner Hans and told him I was refereed by a friend who was also getting the same service done. He remembered my friend and was happy to pass along the great deal he gave him. We scheduled a date and time (4 days out) and the technicians were not only on time but a few minutes early. My furnace was being inconstant in igniting and is about 16 years old. The tech could have dreamed up all kinds of repairs but was genuine and honest with me. After the tune up the furnace runs great and there was no extra work or charge. The humidifier is working great. I couldn't be happier with their friendly service, professionalism and punctuality.

Called them in crisis situation about air conditioning failure. They responded quickly, got the job done and made suggestions to prevent further problems. Got bids on the furnace repairs; theirs was best, and they did the job well. Will use again.

The problems arose in the areas of basic courtesy and professionalism. The horror story starts with the technician arriving 3 hours late for the service call. He related that there would be an adjustment to the bill to compensate us for the inconvenience, but he didn't specify how much. The next day I received a call from the business owner. He launched into a description of the problems they had found. I responded by asking him to first tell me what kind of adjustment he was going to provide to make up for his tardy tech. Rather than answer my question, he spoke louder and faster about the problems with my furnace. It was difficult to get a word in. Eventually I ended the call. A thoroughly unpleasant experience!
