This is one of the most professional service companies that we have worked with in many years. From the very first meeting with Bill and the review of the mold in our attic and receiving his very detailed proposal , we were totally confident we had chosen the right mold remediator. Jesse and his partner performed the actual work which turned out to be about 4 hours. We were then shown the remediated mold areas and it was excellent. The entire sub roof wood looked new and there wasn't any mold coloring on any of the boards. They cleaned up any area they worked on including vacuuming the hallway and stairs. Excellent service and very professional

Fast service, arrived when scheduled. The vent cleaning and steps were described in detail to make me feel more comfortable with the cost associated.

I contacted 3 companies to do my mold remediation work. The first company gave me a quote over the phone without any inspection. The quote was subject to change based on what they may find when doing the work and was higher than the AdvantaClean quote. The second company came out and the inspector climbed up to the top of the drop-down stairway to the attic, looked around from that single position with a flashlight and took some pictures and provided a quote two days later. That quote was substantially higher than AdvantaClean. Dave came out, climbed up in the attic and crawled around to survey the situation and provided a quote the same day. When we accepted the quote we were provided with multiple options as to timing. We accepted the proposal on a Thursday they came out and completed the work the following Monday. The crew arrived on time. Made sure everything was covered or moved. The crew was friendly and professional. Did a thorough job cleaning up and vacuuming, left work area as clean or cleaner than what it was before. Would use again, but hope I won't need to.

Dave and the AdvantaClean team did a fantastic job end to end. They were the most professional, transparent, and reasonable of the companies I spoke with before giving them my business. Dave s inspection was much more thorough then the other companies that bid on this job. He gave me a lot of information up front about the mold in my attic - and assured me that it could be remedied. He also delivered his services on time and on budget. He even cleaned up afterwords so that there was no sign at all that he was here. I was so pleased with his work that I would highly recommend Dave and the AdvantaClean team for any one of their services.

Where do I even begin. Dave and Alex were great from the beginning to the end. They did everything they told me they would do and more. Having mold in the home is not fun, but they were able to reassure me that my house would be restored back to order. They are super friendly and very efficient. Even though Dave was a stranger to me, by the end of the job, I felt like he genuinely cared about my home and our well-being. In the end, I was smiling again and was able to believe that our house would be our home again. I definitely recommend Dave and his company for those of you out there looking. You will not be disappointed! It was great working with you Dave, but I hope to never see you again about another mold issue :)

The team that performed the services were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, did a nice job of covering up the carpets and work areas. They explained in detail what the process for removal of mold from the attic would be and did a thorough job which we could tell by the before and after pictures taken by them. They cleaned up well before they left. We were very satisfied with their work and very glad to have hired them.
