I can't say enough great things about AB&K Bath and Kitchen. The designers were amazing. They came up with amazing ideas for the kitchen that I would have never of thought of. The installation team was great as well. They were very professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend AB&K to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel around Milwaukee!

Be VERY careful when considering this "company." We hired them to remodel our master bathroom. First, they did not seal off the bathroom so when demolition started, the inside of our house was covered in a thick coating of dust. The tiling looked like someone did it who had never tiled before. Tiles were installed chipped, broken, tilted, incorrectly cut, and on and on. When this was brought up to the owner, Jeff Klement, assured us that it would be corrected and yes, they attempted to correct their horrendous, hack job installation and actually made it worse. I gave them multiple, multiple attempts to correct their work and finally kicked them out. The job which should have taken about 8 week lasted just shy of 6 months why I finally cut their lock box off my front door. They chose to store their equipment on our bed and new master bedroom rug without any protection which ruined the rug. Also, on demolition, they cracked our bedroom hardwood floor. Fast forward 10 months from when I fired them. Many tiles in the master shower had separated and popped up. The tile job on much of the bathroom floor was not laid correctly and many of the tiles were moving and creaked when walked on. Our shower was and is a steam shower. Mold was found beneath their tiling because they did not install any type of vapor barrier which is needed in a steam shower. This is where it gets interesting. The AB&K contract has a "warrantee" which on our contract, was good for 2 years from the date of signing. If their terrible tiling had not failed and separated, we would not have known that they failed to install any vapor barrier for, according to our contractor, 2-3 years when mold would have shown through the drywall. Also be aware that if you do have a problem with their work, in their contract it stipulated that all disputes must go through NARI mediation. AB&K is a NARI member. This is analogous to suing a doctor for malpractice and having the medical board mediate the case. In other words, this is a rigged system. All in all, this was a nightmare experience. BE VERY CAREFUL when thinking of hiring this group. They had agreed to refund money and never did. Our master bathroom had to be demolished and redone and AB&K did nothing to resolve the problem except offering to try and do it over and over and over. At what point would anyone that hired a company like this, who screws up a job over and over and over tell them to leave? You have been warned. Don't be as stupid as we were.
