+ -1 moreEVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR EARLY MORNING, THE SERVICEMAN, AFTER CALLING AT 1:30, DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 2:50. HE MADE IT CLEAR THAT HIS WORK WITH MORE IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS WAS MORE VALUABLE THAN MY TIME.
Description of Work: AFTER KEEPING ME WAITING AT LEAST 3 HOURS, THE SERVICEMAN WAS INSULTED THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE WAIT AND LEFT WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK
