Turf & Timber in Menomonie was very unresponsive to my needs for service to my lawn tractor. They did not care about meeting the original timeframe they gave regarding when the lawn tractor should be ready, nor did they care about calling me to update me as they encountered delays in service. They told me that my lawn tractor would be ready in about a week, and four weeks later I was still calling them twice a week to find out the status of my lawn tractor repair. When I finally went to their place of business in person and complained, I finally got some action from them and they got my lawn tractor repaired in two days. However, I do not feel that I should have had to go down there in order to get results and when I told them that, they were very unapologetic about the delay I encountered and therefore, I will not do business with them again.
