One of the owners, Scott,  came to my house, spent a good amount of time reviewing my old system and discussion of new system options with me including discussion on humidity, flow of air, thermostats and equipment that is state of the industry.  He reviewed price considerations and emailed a quote to me within a day.
They waited for me to gather my needed funds and once we gave the go-ahead, they were scheduled and here to do the work.  One of the other owners, Scott's brother Paul, came to my house to measure the existing unit in order to pre-fabricate the duct work to reduce work time in my home.  The 2 installers worked cleanly, quietly and with excellent professionalism. They cleaned up after them selves, placed floor runners down to protect my floors and wore booties to avoid tracking in dirt, etc.
They were here for 2 days and the system is working well.
I opted for an internet accessible wi-fi thermostat and Scott took time to contact representatives from various thermostat companies to clarify best warranty programs, best costs and other considerations relative to my price.  This info helped me pick the thermostat that would not quick during a power failure.   
When asked about follow-up future service I was told that 24 hour emergency repair priority and service is part of my purchase so I don't have to buy an annual plan. Because I bought from them I am a customer for life.  If there is ever a problem they will be here as soon as I call.

He started his service time when he left his office, he got lost a couple of times, he had to continue to go back to his shop to get parts while he was charging us the whole time. In the end, he did not even fix our AC unit.
