Rick (the owner) is extremely rude if you question him, especially if you're right. I don't really think I need to say anything more than there are seven things wrong with my car that weren't wrong when I brought it to him. There were eight, but I paid a good shop to fix one of the problems already. I stood there and watched the guy try to blame everything else under the sun but his own neglect and carelessness, and deceit. I honestly believe that he believed I would hire him to fix the things he screwed up. He will not stand behind his work at all. If you want to complain, or question, or expect him to fix the damage he did without charging you, he will just hang up the phone. Your only recourse will be to take him to court, which is exactly what I intend to do. I just can't express the amount of hassle and stress this has caused, you can't drive a car with bad brakes or a wrecked muffler...imagine suddenly having no gas guage...how much gas is in your car? I wasted day after day of my precious time off, hundreds and hundreds of dollars, all simply because I chose All Car to fix one small leak in a brake line. If you go to All Car you will have the same experience, maybe not the first time, I didn't , but eventually he'll get you too.
