I am now calling in a gutter company and a landscaping company to improve the drainage of the water from my roof.

The test went well.  We found we did not have a problem that would require additional work.

They were awesome. Punctual, thorough, great communication, follow up and coordinated everything with plumber and electrician for sump pump install. Vedette is awesome.

They showed up the day before the job, came into my basement, did the premeasurements.  Came out today on Thursday at 8 a.m. with a full crew of 8.  Placed down tarp's over my kitchen floor, covered my stair case going down stairs.  Chipped away the crack 1 inch on either side, and patched it according to engineers spec's.  Cleaned up all trash and could not tell anyone was here.  They were Professional easily to get along with informative and answered all questions as they came up.

OK, finished quickly. Only two issues, one the first day they were here they left door wide open; second they unplugged sump pump, thankfully I didn't need it during that time (only one day that it was unplugged). Minor issue after job completed, but they will remediate when weather improves.

They did a very good job. It was extensive work. He did a good job analyzing what the problem was. He got his crew in and got the job done. They cleaned up. They put the walls up and did a great job. I was very happy. The price was competitive and I got a complete job. We were just moving in and they got it done within 3 or 4 days without the door. He had somebody else come and look at it. He said they were crazy and did it a different way. I was just stunned.

My experience with them was really good!  Actually, there were no bad experience at all!  I had three different crews in here, and everyone of them knew exactly what to do.  I don't know how they do this, but they got out of their crew truck and everybody started moving.  Everybody knew what to do.  They were very organized, and nobody's saying much.  They just knew what to do.  They did a really good job, and I'm happy with it!  In addition, I thought their price was reasonable.  I definitely would recommend them to anybody.  If I ever need a work done on the outside, those are the guys that I would call.  Everything they did was excellent and professional.  I can't say enough about them.

When we purchased our home there were known basement foundation issues that we had to remedy. We obtained 5 total estimates, and felt most comfortable with Verette due to the knowledge, experience, and solution they suggested. We worked directly with Cliff, and he and his team excavated both our north and west foundation walls (including removing the trees that added to the damage), replaced and fixed the concrete blocks, installed beams as support, waterproofed the entire area, and did a great job with the fill and grading on the outside. Prior to their work we would have pools of water in the basement after most rains - now we don't have a single drop, even though many of our neighbors have had numerous issues with the floods we've been having the past few years. They did an exceptional job!

Confirmed what I already thought. Our drain tiles are clogged, but was refreshing to see an honest contractor not trying to sell us more work than is needed. Only a portion of the drain tiles needed to be repaired (which we haven't done yet), but we will likely use Cliff to do the repairs. The cost of the test is deducted from the cost of repairs if you use him.

Crew arrived on time and were very efficient. Had entire wall dug out in one day and prepared the wall for corrections. Moved appliances and were inside and outside, had trucks moving dirt and really seemed to be experienced. Our area inspector is quite strict so we had to install a sump pump and crock but this possiblity had been discussed beforehand so we were fully prepared for it. Every crack and block was repaired and the grading and soil replacement looked better than before we started. The inside was swept and appliances returned to their original place.

IT WAS A PAINLESS EXPERIENCE.

HE WAS PROMPT, RESPONSIVE- WORKED FOUR HOURS AND HAD THE JOB DONE WITH LITTLE MESS.
