Excellent service. Very thorough. Took time to show me what was needed. Checked and re-checked that everything was working properly. Mower & blower had not been serviced in 5-6 years.

Russ ( owner of company ) came a few minutes early which I appreciated. He got right to it. He cleaned the deck of the lawnmower which had some serious buildup of grass. He then sharpened the blades, changed the oil and air filter. He changed the spark plug, He then went to work on the carb. This was probably the most challenging and took the most time. In the end, the engine runs quite well. He also adjusted all the mechanisms on the handle that controls the spreed and choke. He lubed the wheel adjusters. I can’t tell you what a great service this is to have someone like Russ come to your house to tune up your lawnmower. I will have him back to do the snowblower. I took the lawnmower out the same day it wow - what a difference it makes to have sharp blades. The lawn looks great.

Russ repaired and tuned up my snowblower. On top of that, he brought it back a day earlier ( on a Sunday), so that I’d have it for a snowstorm the next day! GREAT SERVICE.

Russ arrived on time and was very professional. So nice not to have to arrange to take the tractor somewhere. The tractor cuts much better than It has ever done since I bought it new. I did run into a problem a few weeks later where it became hard to start. He came the day I called and fixed it in about five minutes. He know what the problem was right away, apparently this tractor model has this problem. I have passed his card around and would hire him again.

Joe showed up right as scheduled to tune up my snowblower. He was quick and gave up husband tips on keeping our snowblower in good working condition. I have already recommended them to many family members. Very happy with their service!

The tech was right on time. He changed the plug, changed the oil, lubed everything that needed lube, checked the belts and cleaned up the machine. He was very professional.........finished up in about 25 minutes. It was a very good experience.

For less than the cost of what the dealer (who sold me my tractor mower - Simplicity) would have charged to just pick up my tractor, tune it up, and sharpen the blades... Mobile Repair Guys changed the oil, replaced the blades with new ones, all in my driveway with their complete mobile repair shop. Russ is awesome! If I ever need my snowblower tuned up, I will be calling these guys!

Russ was very professional and tackled my issues with a lawnmower tuneup and blade sharpening. With a little carb adjustments the mover is back. The blower's spark arrester was clogged and was able to be removed cleaned and is running without overheating. Russ also performed a tuneup on my snow blower that was not on the schedule. Yes, the price may seem to be a little high, but think about the fact I did not have to take it in, wait for a week or more. I would recommend this service to everyone who does not like to haul heavy equipment.

Steve Kaslow was easy to reach by phone, and returned my calls promptly. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He made the needed repairs quickly, and found that repairs done previously had been done wrong. He explained those problems well, and fixed them too. Mobile Repair Guys comes to your location so you save a lot of money on the usual transportation charges. Even so, the pricing seemed very fair without those charges. Highly recommended.

Russ did a great job. Showed up on time. Did the work. Explained some of the idiosyncrasies of the Troy Built engine and gave us some tips on how to run it properly.
