They took back what I didn't need and so the responsiveness was fine. Professionalism is an A, the store is very good. They could make the store a little smaller. If you go there on Saturday or Sunday, they could use more staff because there are more people but if you go during the week, I have never had a problem finding somebody.

It was a positive experience. They were prompt and cleaned up while they worked. I was really happy with how the service turned out. I would recommend them to anybody.

Over all experience TERRIBLE!  Never use T J Masters for any type of install.  Very unprofessional, very rude!  The installer came to take measurements and didn't even know what door my husband & I purchased.  That should have been a red flag!  Just got worse after that!

They were fine. They didn't have the door that we ordered, so they ended up upgrading for no extra charge. They were very professional. They had very good prices.

I ordered pavers and they said I would get them before Sat because I already had a contractor available to install. This was 3 weeks ago and they sent out the wrong style SEVERAL times. I just finally excepted the wrong style and tumbled and chipped them on my own. It was a big nightmare. Especially since I had hired someone to install. I actually had to install them myself. I also called everyday for the last 3 weeks. They said they were taking care of it and it never was followed up. No one ever claimed responsibility and it was obvious that no one ever cared about the delivery.

THE SALESPERSON WAS ANNOYING. SHE KNEW EVERYTHING AND DIDN'T LISTEN TO OUR QUESTIONS/CONCERNS. IF IT WASN'T THAT WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED AND HAD PRICE CHECKED AROUND, WE WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT THERE. THE INSTALLATION WAS WONDERFUL. THE TWO GUYS DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY THOROUGH.
