We were assisted in choosing a mat and frame. Photos were taken of the possibilities and shown on a computer so we could see what the mat and frame would look like on all 4 sides instead of just one corner. They were helpful and professional. The work was ready in 2 weeks as they said it would be and they look great. The prices are expensive, however we had a coupon for 25% off, so it was a little more reasonable.

I have been using their services for the last three years now. I like that they are flexible with the work. They are creative with the work they do, that are good about choosing color schemes to use. I have always been pleased with the work they do.
