Great. We have been taking our cars to Sipples for about 10 years and have have never had a bad experience. We find them to be honest and trustworthy. They have done many different types of repairs ranging in cost from $30 to more than $1000 and we always felt we got our money's worth. Bill, the service writer, is always friendly, helpful and professional. Love the guy!

The cost of service is a best guess. I don't remember the exact amount but I remember them being very fairly priced. I took in a car with squealing/grinding brakes and left with a much happier car. They were able to get me in quickly and called before making the needed repairs. Very nice to work with.

THIS COMPANY HAD TO GET PARTS FROM DEALERSHIP. TIRE ROD WAS REPAIRED AS WELL. REFEREED ME TO A HARDWARE STORE TO GET A COMPUTER CHIP INSTALLED IN KEY TO CAR.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS, AND FRIENDLY, AND THUS FAR THE WORK THEY PERFORMED WAS DONE WELL. WE HAVE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR A DAY AFTER REPAIR. I HAVE TO SAY THOUGH THEY WERE STEEP ON THE PRICE OF PARTS. ANYONE WITH A COMPUTER CAN RESEARCH PARTS PRICES AND THEY WERE REALLY HIGH. BASED ON THIS I MAY NOT USE THEM AGAIN. I BELIEVE IN FAIR AND HONEST PRICING. IT WAS ONLY $600 OR SO IN PARTS BUT IN MOST CASES WE PAID ALMOST TWICE AS MUCH AS I COULD BUY ONLINE WITH FREE SHIPPING. GOOD GUYS, WATCH OUT FOR THE PRICES THEY CHARGE ON PARTS...

THE REPAIR TECHNICIANS WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH AND SINCERE. THEY SHOWED US ALL OF THE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE AND EXPLAINED THE REPAIRS. THEY CHECKED FOR RELATED DAMAGE TYPICAL FOR THE MAKE AND MODEL OF CAR, BUT DID NOT FEEL ADDITIONAL REPAIRS WERE NEEDED. NOT ONLY WILL WE DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN, THEY MAY BE THE LAST SHOP WE USE WHILE THEY REMAIN IN BUSINESS.
