We enjoyed working with Ben, Mike, and Rebeca. We contracted them for whole house plumbing during our remodel. After getting several estimates, their price was one of the best. They always showed when they said they would, they had good solutions to some issues on our house, they were easy to communicate with, and Mike was flexible to our needs as we worked hard to finish our home before the cold weather and newest baby born any day now. Thanks Seider team for all your hard work!

We had Seider come out for a basement drain that had backed up a few weeks ago. They drilled it out which fixed the problem for a few days only to have it back up again a few days later. Seider agreed to come out again and agreed that the problem was not fixed properly. They drilled out 75 feet but said they couldn't detect what was causing the problem. They left on Friday without charging us for the 2nd visit but also without fixing the clog. We had raw sewage sitting in our basement for a few days + over the weekend. Seider never followed up and eventually we had to call another company to come fix the problem as we are both immuno-compromised and couldn't leave raw sewage sitting in our basement. $400 spent for a temporary fix that lasted a few days. Left our basement as pictured.

If you want timely response. Don't use Seider. If you want the work done that was agreed to. Don't use Seider. If you want Employees Fighting in your house. Don't use Seider. I have had a series of interactions that left me not really wanting to work with the company. After Rude employees, unprofessional behavior, and taking forever to get me scheduled, I would recommend going to another business. First interaction was fairly strange and unprofessional. I was contacted after submitting a form, asking me to reach out to schedule service with Ben, their master electrician, on August 3rd. Upon reaching out to him, I was questioned as to why I was calling this number, who gave me the number, and didn't help schedule. I had to reach back out to the scheduling person that told me to call Ben to get it on the calendar. I had a guy come out for the initial investigation on Friday August 7th, and was told that I can call over to get it scheduled, and they will make it a priority, because the electricity was out in my bathroom. Upon calling to try and get scheduled, the scheduling person stated they would need his paper work in order to schedule me, and they would reach out on Monday. He asked me at that time if I wanted my bathrooms vanity light and the fan and heating lamp on seperate switches, which I stated yes. They didn't. I waited giving the company benefit of the doubt (Employee stated they were fairly busy). Friday the 14th of August I reached out for an update, got the run around because the scheduling person wasn't there. I had to call back again, and again, and again, before they FINALLY got back to me August 24th (17 Days later --- WOOO Priority) to get me scheduled for September 1st. The two guys that were working on my house on September 1st were shouting at eachother, calling eachother names, criticizing what and how they were doing the work, one of them threatened to stab the other, threw things down the stairs, and didn't install the vanity light and fan and heating lamp on seperate switches. I rarely leave bad reviews without talking to management, and attempted to get this fixed. They stated they would get back to me that same day about a resolution (IE, either some money back or getting the switch situation fixed.) That was September 2nd. One of the two employees (Joe) Called back to apologize for his less then professional attitude the day of, but As of today (September 14th - almost two weeks later) Management still has not done anything to resolve the issue.

They showed up on time, worked through the entire day and was done by 4PM. Courteous, friendly and did a good clean up after they completed the installation. Explained details of the system as well as the new wifi thermostat, which helped immensely since Honeywell's user manual is 54 pages long.

It took about an hour and a half to get the work completed. They were great. There is nothing they could have improved.

I am very satisfied with them. We bought our furnace and air conditioning system from them back in 2013. Obviously I think the work was excellent.
