As we opened up our search for assistance with the large maple, RG Tree Service provided us with a reasonable and competitive quote, which included tools such as a spider lift to responsibly operate in our tight quarters. When the time arrived to perform the work, the crew was very experienced and very professional. They had the appropriate tools to get the job done in a quick fashion, with a light footprint, under expert execution, and in a safe manner. …and that’s exactly what they did. Eric was very professional and straight-forward about the time and cost.  He was friendly and helpful.  He answered all my questions and did the work as he promised.  I felt he did everything he said he would.  When I visited the site, All the employees were working and getting the work done.  They finished in 1 day as promised.  Excellent job.

This company had a very busy summer season so it took us awhile to get this job done with them. However, when the job was done it was done "right". They arrived on time and were very efficient, safe, and professional workers. There were three workers and three trucks. Each of them had specific tasks and equipment. Together they worked as a "team". It took them about 1 and 1/2 hours to complete the job. We paid by check and we would hire them again.

I had contacted another provider which was suppose to come out and do an estimate but they never showed.  I found this provider and when I contacted them they were able to do service immediately.  I would highly recommend their services to anyone that is looking for tree service.

Wish I had known about this company earlier. Excellent all the way around, pleasant workers and extremely meticulous on clean up!

They were very quick and efficient.  One of the trees disappeared in the time it took my wife to run a short errand.  Their prices are great.  Word-of-mouth had made RG the unofficial tree service of our whole neighborhood.  My only quibble is that we weren't sure if RG was going to call digger's hotline regarding the stump grinding or if we were supposed to do it.  We called, but we're not sure if RG also called or not.

We've used them last year and this year for our snow removal. They beat the estimates of some other companies when I originally searched. Reliable, do a good job. Missed us once, the first snowfall this season, came right over after I called and apologized and never happened again. Comes for anything over 2 inches. Does our driveway and walkway. Once called and asked him to come back and he did. He once called to see if we wanted or needed him as it was minimal snow.

Mr Garvens walked our property and gave us a detailed estimate. He also advised us on our other trees and suggested we not remove a tree we had planned to have removed. He was very honest and his estimate was in line with two other estimates. He also offered to do minor trimming of two tree's at no charge. We scheduled the work for Thursday and Friday, He and his crew arrived on Thursday morning as promised and Mr. garvens walked the job with his crew. The crew was very experienced, polite and had the required equipment. They did an excellent job. They were finished by Friday afternoon as promised. Lawn was clean up as promised and they did not cut corners. We were very happy with the work.

I spoke to Mr. Garvens at about 9:00 AM and by the time I got home from work the stump was gone. FANTASTIC!!!!!

Called to get estimate to remove four tree stumps. None were larger than 8 inches. Agreed to have the stumps removed. Stumps were removed.
