Connected with the company when we first moved to Wisconsin.
They have returned four or five times because I trust the guys,
the quality of their work, and their genuine interest in doing a good job.
They listen to me when I express my ideas and are quick to
rectify errors when something is wrong.

Their price was good, but the service that was provided at times was very challenging. There were a number of delays. The people from Productive Builders were very good. There were some subcontractors that we dealt with that were very very poor quality and they had to come back and do numerous jobs. We had the most problems with the plumbing and then the electrical side.

THEY WERE NICE AND VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I CALLED. THEY WERE ALSO REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE WILLING TO BE HONEST ABOUT ADJUSTING PRICES WITHOUT ME HAVING TO PURSUE IT. THEY FOUND OUT THAT THE FAUCETS I WANTED WERE ACTUALLY LESS EXPENSIVE THAN IN THE ORIGINAL QUOTE, SO THEY TOLD ME AND ADJUSTED THE COST. THE WORK WENT A LITTLE SLOW, BUT I'M HAPPY WITH THE END RESULTS.
