PM BEDROOM GALLERY

I have always been very impressed by the workmanship of Penny Mustard's furniture as well as by the knowledgeable, helpful sales staff.  I don't purchase furniture very often, so I'm very thorough and slow in making my decisions.  The salespeople at PM have always been very patient - NO high pressure sales - and extremely helpful.  Because of my indecision, this most recent purchase required no less than 4 trips back and forth to the store to check out sample and bring them home.  I worked with a couple of salespeople, both of whom were more than willing to offer their opinions when asked and really seemed to have a good sense of style.  The chair and couch were delivered ahead of schedule, and the delivery people were wonderful - they took extra time to try to squeeze my old couch up to the second floor to help me out.  They happened to be the same delivery people from a previous purchase (which was made over 2 years ago) so it was nice to see that consistency as well.  After they left, I discovered a problem with the chair (the swivel base had some broken plastic feet).  I had their cell phone number from when they called to say they were on the way and they turned around and came back to look.  They agreed and gave me a phone number for a person at the main office to call for the replacement part.  The part arrived and was installed on my chair within a week - no problem, no hassle.  PM will continue to be my first stop for all my furniture needs!
