 + -1 moreWE FEEL THIS COMPANY WENT OVER AND ABOVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. TO TAKE SOMETHING BACK AFTER A YEAR IS REALLY GREAT. THEY TREATED US WITH RESPECT AND WE DIDN'T FEEL LIKE WE WERE PUTTING THEM OUT. THE MANAGER WAS VERY BUSY THAT DAY AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE HAD BOUGHT A SNOWBLOWER FROM THEM IN 2003. WE DIDN'T GET ANY SNOW THAT YEAR, SO THE FOLLOWING YEAR WHEN WE GOT SNOW, WE FOUND OUT THE SNOWBLOWER WORKED HORRIBLY. WE TOOK IT BACK AND THEY ACCEPTED IT BACK (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OVER A YEAR SINCE WE BOUGHT IT) AND LET US USE OUR PURCHASE PRICE TOWARDS A NEW ONE.
