I have a business card which lists Michael Fritz associated with Milwaukee Builders Supply and Southwest Supply in Kenosha, WI. My complaint is his lack of professionalism in keeping a commitment and ignoring several of my follow up calls.
Two marginal quality windows were purchased by my siding contractor and installed, One of the windows was a complete disaster being unable to open it or even move the sashes a little bit. Mike did come out to try to fix the problem and did end up ordering another window for my siding person. I was shown the basics of how to remove the window for cleaning but not the metal mechanisms and how to operate them. Mike came out again and we worked on the window and one of the metal tags was broken causing it not to work properly. Mike said he would get a new tab and come out and get it replaced. He never called or showed up and I made repeated calls and left voice mail messages which were never returned.I guess being an old school type guy who keeps his word with a handshake it is disappointing to see this type of supplier ethics.
