Previously, the owner came and reviewed the house to give us a quote for initial deep cleaning and then follow-up cleanings. 4 cleaners came for nearly 4 hours and cleaned all rooms of our ranch house for the deep clean. For days after they left my husband and I kept finding areas that they cleaned that we never thought they would have spotted: cobwebs on walls, tops of ceiling fans, chandeliers, huge mirrors, dusty furniture, vacuumed under furniture, dusty radiators/vents. They even accommodated my less than ambulatory husband. We also received an Angie's List discount for this deep clean.

Great job, allowed custom requests, didn't mind pets, allow for feedback at each cleaning, on recommendation of friend who also has larger home.

The staffs that come out are great. I love them. I have them scheduled once-a-month so they come out every fourth Friday of every month. They give me a call like two hours before they are going to be there; they let me know. I like the fact that their price is competitive and that they do an excellent job of cleaning. So, I would highly recommend them. I like them a lot. They are always there.

Good price and good workers! The women were conscientious.  Very reputable! Impressed with their work. I would definitely call them again!

We were initially very impressed with MaidBrite. Ericka came out to our home and provided an estimate. She was extremely professional and seemed to have high standards. She assured us that they kept the cleaning team members consistent, and the cleaning crew would be responsive to feedback. Additionally, we had several areas that we requested extra attention to as our old cleaning company routinely neglected them (e.g. shower head, under surface of range hood). We were assured that these would be added to a customized work order.
Pros:
- Prices were extremely reasonable and cheaper than our prior and current cleaning service. Payment was very easy through our bank's automatic bill pay. When I accidentally overpaid one month due to cancelled cleans, I promptly received a refund check.
- Ericka and the front office staff were all very pleasant to work with. When our clean day fell on a holiday, they were very proactive in rescheduling.
- Cleaning teams were hard-working and extremely efficient. They were fast!
Cons:
- Over the 15 months, we realized that we were receiving very inconsistent service. Some cleans would be wonderful while others were subpar. The teams were not consistent at all. Attempts to address inconsistencies (like the above mentioned shower head and range hood) only resulted in temporary improvement.
- For a while, our clean times fluctuated wildly and a few times, we had the cleaning crew here at 7 pm at night while getting home from work and trying to prepare dinner. This improved after we complained a few times.
- We had 1 damaged item, which was not proactively reported by the crew to the front office and required us to contact MaidBrite to ask for reimbursement.
- Communication was sometimes lacking. When calling to discuss problems, we had several unreturned phone calls and emails from the office and even Ericka herself.
In the end, we decided to try another cleaning service in the hopes of getting more consistency and responsiveness.

We have had them do monthly cleaning for a while now.  Every crew gets at least a 'very good' rating.  We have had
no problems or issues, and are happy with the service.  We had to ask to reschedule a couple of times due to other commitments, and they were very accommodating.  We would definitely recommend them.

Initial clean was a deep clean and regular cleanings after that. The owner gave us a custom estimate after coming in person and discussing what we wanted cleaned. We have had different housekeepers on different occasions and some rooms have been fairly poorly cleaned (e.g. Missed carpet vacuuming, missed wiping coffee table, missed wiping bathroom floor). The company is really responsive when we haven't been completely satisfied but some cleanings have been less than 100%. We might try another place, but overall it has been a good value and great customer service.

Everything went very smooth, starting with setting up the appointment, to the final inspection of the work done.  We needed them to clean our 4300 sq foot home we bought.  The old owners had cats and the everything was quite dirty, from the blinds, to the bathrooms, to the appliances.  They vacuumed what they could, though we hired a professional carpet cleaning service.
They had 4 ladies show up, and the one in charge of the group was phenomenal.  She asked about all the details of what we needed done, explained everything regarding how long tasks would take, and she made sure she double checked everyone's work.  Once an area was done she'd ask me to inspect it, and if there was anything else I needed done, they did not hesitate to clean it.  They dusted, disinfected, and cleaned the house top to bottom.  The appliances and bathrooms were they worst, and they left them spotless!

They had been our regular, every two week cleaning service for the past year so we knew them and they knew us.  After we moved out, we asked them to do a final, thorough cleaning before the new owners moved in.  They dusted all light fixtures, washed the floors, cabinets, countertops, and vacuumed all of the carpets, including around the edges.  They scrubbed out all 3 bathrooms from top to bottom.  And we didn't have to do it! which was greatly appreciated, since we were busy settling into our new apartment!  It was one less thing we had to worry about, and we didn't have to ask our family or friends to help us.  The price was well worth what it saved us in family relationships and the wear and tear on our bodies and brains!  Thanks, MaidBrite!

They do a good job, I am pleased with them. They are thorough, the owner came out to do an initial interview to find out what my needs were. They send a supervisor with the crew, that directs the other two which I think helps.

Overall their service is fantastic. I recommended them to a friend who also used them and agrees with my feelings. I have used the services of two self employed cleaners and three cleaning businesses over the years and MaidBrite's quality of work is by far the best. There are usually 4-5 very nice ladies who come and clean the house in about 60-90 minutes. The owner, Erica, is a pleasure to work with. If anything is missed they will return to correct it. The price is not unreasonable for the quality of service, though it is higher than any other cleaner I've used. I had one instance where the team was running late for the day. We were kept informed by the office, but they ended up coming at around 5:30-6:30, right when our family is getting home and we should be making dinner. That was fairly inconvenient, but less of a hassle than trying to reschedule. We have had a change in our budget and cannot afford the service at this time, but we will be using them again as soon as we can. The minor administrative glitches we've had are more than offset by the simply outstanding job that the ladies themselves do. I recommend MaidBrite every chance I get.

We hired Golden Maids every 2 weeks. I think they've been here 4 times now and we've always been pleased.  House looks great! They rearranged their schedule this week since we had plans. We would highly recommend them to a friend.

I am very pleased with this cleaning service.  They are punctual, flexible (will accommodate different days if a party is planned), and do a good job.

They did a great job!

They were very inconsistent.  Some times the cleaning would be good.  Other times, like this last time, was poor.  I think they need better supervisors because there is no way  you could look at my house at the end and say it was satisfactorily cleaned.  Disappointing.

They are fantastic!!  It took about a week to get a meeting with Ericka (the owner) as she meets with all potential clients and does the estimates.  She has a fabulous personality and you can tell she truly loves what she does!  After that, it took about 3 weeks to get the deep clean scheduled as they only do those on Mondays (30% off for Angie's List members).  Throughout that time, I was in contact with Jacob at their office - he kept me informed where things were at, and if he says he needs to call back, he actually does!  Jacob calls or texts (your preference) the morning of the clean as to when the team will arrive.  I'm usually not home for the clean, but on the first visit I got home just as they were finishing.  There were 4 girls here and they were all very nice, and the head of the crew talked to me for a few minutes about the clean as well as the comment card.
They leave the comment card after all the cleanings to fill out how they did and you leave it for them the next time they come (apparently it's for employee of the month).  They were excellent all around!  My house smelled amazing, and the house was cleaner than when I do it myself (and I'm VERY picky)!  I've never seen my wood floors sparkle like that (they hand wash floors).  I just had my first regular cleaning and everything was perfect again.  The price is a little higher than I wanted to spend (120 for 1600 sq ft ranch), but I'll gladly pay for the great job they do, as well as the responsiveness that I get from the main office.  I wish I would have started with them sooner!!

They did a decent job. They came 45 minutes later than the end of the 1 hr window they promised me. I can see the crew might be running behind but a courtesy call to inform is a must for a professional service. The timing was important to me because I had a sequence of events planned after e.g. Movers. While the crew did a decent job, I will think twice about hiring them again.

House sparkled - very accommodating

They arrive like a swarm of bees.  The each member of the crew has their specific responsibilities - vacuum, dust, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.  They are in and out in about two hours.  Everything is spotless.
