Overall, they did an ok job. - 2nd time: Theft by contractor (took our money and didn't do the work)

"WE HAD TO DO ALOT OF HOMEWORK TO FIGURE OUT WHO WE WERE DEALING WITH.... IN OUR DEFENSE, WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THESE PEOPLE, IN FACT WE TOOK CARE OF THEIR MAINTENANCE FOR A LONG TIME. WE DID ALSO, AS THEY SAID, REDO ALL OF THE BEDS, AND MANY OTHER THINGS.... NOT ONCE WAS THERE ANY MENTION OF (THEFT BY CONTRACTOR!!!!) THAT IS A BOLD AND PRETTY INCRIMINATING ACCUSATION!!!! WE DO HUNDREDS OF JOBS PER SEASON, AND IN THAT TIME WE HAVE ALMOST A 100% SATISFACTION RATE...., WELL, WE DONT GET PAID UNTIL THAT IS SO!!!!! ITS A SHAME THAT A BUSINESS CAN GET ITS CREDIBILITY TARNISHED BY JUST A FEW UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS! LETS BE REAL, WE ASK ALL OF OUR SATISFIED CUSTOMERS TO TAKE THE TIME AND GIVE US A (POSITIVE FEEDBACK) ON BBB, ANGIES LIST, ETC.. ALTHOUGH WE GET ALOT OF BUSINESS FROM WORD OF MOUTH, FROM OUR (JOBS WELL DONE) ....THE ONLY THING THAT REALLY HAPPENS IS THE 1 OUT OF A 100 THAT ARE UNSATISFIED, ARE THE ONES THAT RUIN OUR CREDIBILITY! I REMEMBER THESE PEOPLE NOW, I HAVE NO PROBLEMS DISCUSSING THE THINGS THAT THEY ARE SAYING WITH THEM AT ANY POINT GOING FURTHER. IN THE FUTURE, PEOPLE THAT MAKE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS SHOULD BE CHECKED OUT FIRST, BEFORE THEY CAN IMMEDIATELY TARNISH ONES REPUTATION!!!!!!!!! OR IS THIS SITE JUST SERIOUSLY FLAWED!!!! THANKS, THOMAS G KRINGEL..... (OWNER) KRINGEL LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT... HARD WORKER, HUSBAND, FATHER OF TWO......"

He gave us a great price, arrived on time, completed 75% of the job then disappeared. He made repeated promises after the initial failure to complete the job...he would come back, he would take care of it, he couldn't believe it hadn't gotten done, etc. Howeverm he never returned. He has since stopped answering calls and never returns calls when we leave him a message. We have been left having to hire a new contractor to complete the work that Tom Kringel was already paid for. This contractor had an F rating with the BBB before we filed our complaint.

"WHO IS THIS PERSON??? WE DONT EVEN HAVE ANY PAPERWORK OF ANY JOB AT THIS ADDRESS, AND AFTER WE DROVE BY, WE STILL COULD NOT EVEN FIGURE OUT WHO THEY R!!!!! DO THEY HAVE US MIXED UP WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!!??? OR IS THIS JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF HOW FLAWED ANGIES LIST IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
