Limited selection, limited Customer Service, limited knowledge. Go to a real retailer if you need a gift card. These people are not capable. Seriously, not able to refund my $$ for 30 days...from a screw-up caused by them...Seriously? And to ice this cake; it took me 7 phone calls and 120 minutes to get this screwed up by them. STAY AWAY from Kohls.com. Here's the blow-by-blow : 1. 2 hours on the phone wasted 2. 30 "business" days to refund my Kohl's gift card $$. 3. During the last phone call and while on the line, I laughed so hard at their ridiculous Customer Service rep that they MUST have recorded it. I twice told them that Angie's List "was gonna have a ball with this". 4. Sent me a $25 bribe-coupon via email -- useable ONLY when you spend More than $25 -- so I have to give Kohl's even more money to use the bribe. Can you believe they screwed up their own bribe? 5. I just recieved via snail-mail a "Merchandise Credit" card for the $$ they owe me for their screw-up. 6. The "Merchadise Credit" is $5 short of the actual refund amount they owe me. Do I want to call again? I think NOT. Good God, how do these clowns stay in business? Please share this and...stay away from Kohl's.
