They were working on my neighbors yard asked for a quote for my yard. They came over after they finished my neighbors hard and removed the 4 bushes and place the mulch across the front area of my house. They did an awesome job and very fair price. They hauled away the old bushes. Cleaned up after themselves very good Will definitely hire again. Very friendly people

We had an unground sprinkler system. JL Property worked with the company that maintains the sprinklers so repairs would be minimized and the sprinkler crew would have access to it, Brad and his crew are very professional and considerate. Prior to starting our job Brad came out to mark out the area and during our walk thru he gave us great ideas. During our entire job, they kept us up to date on the progress of the job. When I came home from work, they would walk me through the site, let me know what was going on, items that came up that may need to be addressed (sprinkler system) and how well the project was progressing. There were normally 4 to 5 guys at our home, always the same guys, which was reassuring. We were introduced to them the first day they started. At the end of every day they always cleaned up the yard so we didn't have to worry about. At the end of the project, Brad went over everything with us and any changes in the bill, he discussed with us in detail. Since they also take care of yards, I had asked for ideas for some other areas in our yard for vegetation and landscaping. They gave us some great ideas. We are very happy with the work JL Properties provided. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great job done with a great group of people. Thank you JL Properties. Amazing services! I have had JL Property Services take care of my yard and snow removal for several years. My grass and yard has never looked so good. Landscaping is their real talent - absolutely stunning, They are very reliable and do an excellent job, would absolutely recommend this company !

Working with Brad and his crew was great.  He communicates well and delivers what he promises.  His crew was here on 2 different days.  1 for prep, 1 for install and both days they were courteous, professional, hard-working, and great at what they do.  They even transplanted some shrubs for us at the last minute.   I would recommend JL Property Services to ANYONE as we will continue to use them in the future.  (an added bonus is all the compliments we've received in just 3 days since install!)

Removed railroad timbers and concrete blocks and stone as well as all weeds. Area was graded and seeded. Crew was very polite and hard working. Have not seen any wild flowers but as per discussion with Jake this probably won't happen until next year. Jake was vey professional and worked well with my schedule. Would recommend this service and am considering for additional work.

I have been using JL Property Services, LLC for 2 years now to mow my lawn and provide other landscaping services. They are always prompt, clean, and they do an overall great job. Brad is pleasant to work with and when I have a question, I email him and I always get a very quick response from him, usually within a couple of hours. The price is also very good and he hasn't raised my rates at all, even in this economy. We will continue to use this great company.
