My insurance company called looking to get the information to add my car to my policy and the lady said she had 6 deals closing and did not have time to deal with that. My insurance agent just said email me the information when you can. I called and left them know that I did not want to deal with her. My sales man was really nice so I felt bad for him but when it came to the finance lady, that was not acceptable to me. I would not go back there. I went there once and the sales manager was outside smoking a cigarette with his girlfriend pawning on him. Then when I went to ask him a question after that he was talking about his ex wives and how he had 4 of them. It was unprofessional.

I HAD MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. WHEN QUESTIONS WERE ASKED DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS, I WAS LIED TO. THEY BROKE A GASKET AND THEN BILLED ME FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PART. THERE WERE SEVERE PROBLEMS WITH THIS YEAR AND MODEL THAT FORD HAD ADMITTED TO AND TRIED TO ADDRESS, BUT WHEN I ASKED THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE HE STATED THERE HAD BEEN NO PROBLEMS. IF I HAD COMPLETE INFORMATION, I NEVER WOULD HAVE PAID TO TRY TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. WHEN I APPROACHED THEM TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, THEY REFUSED. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
