When I informed Mr. Otto which set I selected, he came to my home to see what would be needed for installation. We discussed location, table or wall mount, necessary cable hook ups. The day of installation they arrived on time, had all needed hardware & delivered exactly what I wanted & they promised. One installer was 6'6 tall and had to work on his back in a 3ft crawl space for 2hrs. drilling, running cable, & moving electric A month after install the set failed. I contacted the manufacturer and set a date for repair, under the warranty, in home. The repair crew stated the unit had to be on floor upon arrival. When Mr. Otto called as a follow up I told him what the manufacturer repairman wanted.The unit, hanging from the wall weighs 92lbs. Mr. Otto responded the next day, took the set down & said to call him when it was fixed. He returned to re-hang set when ready, & re-program the all in one remote.
