+ -1 moreI couldn't have been more pleased with Taylor and John. Pleasant, knowledgable, and patient in answering all my questions. The total set up is wonderful. The sound now is perfect and full, and they did it with our old mediocre speakers! I asked them to let me know if any dusting was needed as they worked and they did, even did one piece themselves. Taylor and John were so pleasant and patient, it was a joy to have them here. Everything works wonderfully. Would use them again in an heartbeat.
Description of Work: They did a complete set up of our new TV. They removed all unneeded equipment and wiring, then proceeded to hook up all devices and redid the surround sound. Placed all speakers in correct places. Set up our old very, and CD player, and the receiver and DVD player. They also did a computerized set up of the Harmony remote. It controls everything now. Taylor and John also explained everything to me. Sat with me and went through all the devices with the remote. Fabulous young men. Patient, knowledgable.

+ -1 moreIt went well, checked what was wrong with my TV and adivse me to go ahead with a new set which I did at Best Buy. However, the 10% discount coupon was a little hassle since when I purchased my new Samsung TV at first the discount didn't work. An over ride was needed, which was a hassle. Other than that service was great. You need to fix the 10% discount offering to match what you are selling when it is applied.
Description of Work: Provided information pertaining to the problems I was having with my old TV. Advised against a repair, to costly .

+ -1 moreBeautifully. Two women handled the entire process, answered all questions, removed the very big and heavy old TV to be recycled as well as another TV we had (they recycle up to 3 things at a time).
Description of Work: Installed new smart TV, programmed it, installed and programmed new smart DVD, reinstalled satellite receiver.

+ 0 moreEverything went well. i just wished I would've ran me computer myself before the tech left my house. Things were a little different when the tech left and i didn't catch it till it was too lated.
Description of Work: Re-progammed my computer. The only suggestion that i have for anyone using this service is when the computer tech completes his work, he should let his customer do a test run to be sure everything their computer is working as promised.

The prices what was on sale and what would work the best for our needs. I was very impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness. I would recommend them.
