Timely, professional and helpful throughout the process

Two techs showed up on time and delivered tv, and sound system. They were knowledgeable, and had it ready in no time. A little short on instruction time, but we knew the basics when they left.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Taylor and John. Pleasant, knowledgable, and patient in answering all my questions. The total set up is wonderful. The sound now is perfect and full, and they did it with our old mediocre speakers! I asked them to let me know if any dusting was needed as they worked and they did, even did one piece themselves. Taylor and John were so pleasant and patient, it was a joy to have them here. Everything works wonderfully. Would use them again in an heartbeat.

It went well, checked what was wrong with my TV and adivse me to go ahead with a new set which I did at Best Buy. However, the 10% discount coupon was a little hassle since when I purchased my new Samsung TV at first the discount didn't work. An over ride was needed, which was a hassle. Other than that service was great. 

You need to fix the 10% discount offering to match what you are selling when it is applied.

Everything went well. i just wished I would've ran me computer myself before the tech left my house. Things were a little different when the tech left and i didn't catch it till it was too lated.

They were very helpful in showing us the different Tablets that were available. The differences of each and what was offered between the iPad and Blackberry and others.  The prices what was on sale and what would work the best for our needs.  I was very impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness.
I would recommend them.

The TV repair was in home on my schedule. The gentlemen was able to get the TV fixed and was in and out in less than an hour. He was professional, on time and polite.
