FRIDAY'S CONTRACTING & REMODEL

First of all they showed up with replacement pillars that were completely different than the originals.  At that point we were heading out of the house and wanted the work done so we had them go ahead.  The pillars were installed without even being close to centered as they were originally.  To make matters worse they never installed trim as was there originally so you can see all the marks above and bellow where the pillars used to be.  We called to have them come back and they said they would come back and re-center them and do the trim work.  They continued to tell us that they were just waiting for the trim material to come in (but that they had ordered it).  After many phone calls following up with them and getting the same story, they eventually stopped returning phone calls.  Unfortunately we paid them in full and the job was never finished.
