Description of Work: They cleaned all of our windows inside and out and cleaned our gutters. I have used them for years and they always do a fantastic job!

Description of Work: This company did not provide a service with us, so this is not a grade for their quality of work. After 2 weeks of me contacting them, a man came to give us an estimate for our services. They were the cheapest of all the quotes, so I called to schedule an appointment. I ended up calling three times in 8 days, leaving a message each time with my name, phone number, and address. I finally gave up and went with another company who was $10 more and answered the phone! Company needs to work on communication. I have no idea how their quality of work is.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon on Living Social and was initially met with great enthusiasm; the owner came out and gave me an estimate right away. I felt the estimate was fair and asked to schedule a cleaning. The owner informed me he would have his scheduler call me in two business days to set up-I never received a call. I called owner 5 business days after receving the estimate and he informed me that he didn't have his schedule and he would have his scheduler call me - no follow-up call was received. I called owner two days post the second call and left a message indicating I was not satisfied and he offered a date one month out that did not work. I called and left a message on his voicemail (common practice with this provider) and indicated proposed date did not work; I offered alternative dates. The short of this, it has been 3 weeks since owner provided an estimate and I have been unsuccessful with scheduling a time for service. A major shortcoming of this provider is the lack of follow-up and professionalism. I plan to use another provider from Angie's list.
