Overall, I was quite happy with Lori. She did an excellent job for mine and my wife's first homebuying experience. She opened more than 5 homes up to us for showings. She was prepared with the MLS fact sheets and also adequetely advised us to concerns about homes based on our wants and needs. She was a great personality and more than willing to go above and beyond for us. I will gladly refer her to any other people whom are considering buying or selling.
If there was anything that could be improved upon, I would say more knowledge of home construction in general. Since we are first time buyers without any experience in either that or home construction, sometimes we felt quite blind to things. Other times we were confused as to what we should be doing (paperwork issues)at what times.

Lori spent a lot of time helping my son find a home and along with her husband were always accesible and straight forward. They looked at several homes before buying this one which was a foreclosure house. That required a lot of time and paperwork for a minimum commission but she still provided over the top service.

This couple works together as a team and they do a good job. They put a lot of work into advertising and listing our house. They are very knowledgeable and they have great availability.

They did the little details for us. They also provided staging and cleaning supplies to spruce up the near-empty, small property. Consider them as your selling or buying agent-- they were great advocates for us and have the backing of First Weber, one of the giants of the Milwaukee-area residential property market.
