Overall we are pleased. Plowing snow is difficult to find a reliable contractor. The last winter was a lot of work but the lot was usually cleaned quickly. In removing a snow pile a chunk of ice fell and smashed our brick wall around the lot. Exclusive fixed that this summer for no charge. It did take them a while to get to it but it is expertly repaired.
