Very well. Identified a disconnected tube and reconnected it. Inspected to identify any service issues. Stewart works quickly and is explains what he finds and why he took the actions he took. He is very approachable and open to questions.

It went great! My wife noticed a strong smell throughout the house that was similar to burning plastic. We quickly determined that it was coming from the heating ducts, and checking the basement confirmed the furnace as the source of the odor. It also became apparent the the furnace was operating more loudly than it usually does. Furnace was still working, but I decided to call Stewart just to get an opinion about what it might be. Despite it being after 10:00 at night, he returned my phone call within 15 minutes. He said he had a pretty good idea what might be wrong (turns out he was right!) and said he would make us his first stop the next morning. This was very fortunate, since the furnace stopped working very early the next morning and temperatures outside had fallen to below zero. When he arrived, he went straight to work, quickly determined that the Inducer Assembly was shot (bearings had seized), and replaced it. Part was still under warranty, and he had some in his truck. Service charge of $105 was all we had to pay - which seems pretty reasonable to me. He was able to make the repair and have everything up and running within 30 minutes!

I have used Complete Comfort on several previous occasions for both A/C and Heating repairs, and have always been completely satisfied - just like this time!

He was wonderful. He's a small business. He did a wonderful job on my air conditioner. He was reasonable in price. He found a ton of things that needed help with my air conditioner. He came out right away, especially when it was a busy time. He traced the line like nobody else would do. He cleaned out my air conditioner. He found out it had been overfilled. He didn't use any extra parts. It was an old conditioner, and it was very reasonable. You couldn't have done a better quality job. He told me 15 things he found. He sanitized the furnace for me. He checked the thermostat. He told me how it works, and what it's supposed to do. He was friendly, nice, and respectful. He went the extra mile to make sure my questions were answered. I knew plenty of things, but he added to my knowledge.

I am delighted with the quality of service from COMPLETE COMFORT. The owner (Stuart Schwartz) retrurned my call promptly, he made a service call the following day, and he repaired my ac at minimal cost when he could easily have taken advantage of me. I feel he was extremely honest, professional, and knowledgable. I will definitely call him again when I have an ac problem.

Overall great experience. He took care of everything I asked and explained what he doing, what I should be doing for on-going maintenance, explained when I need to have service next, etc. He was very helpful - above and beyond what I would expect.
