Brian assisted me with my mortgage, about 21/2 years ago. He made the situation PAINLESS! Even when I had to answer some pretty tough financial questions, he always put me at ease. He also answered all of my questions, some were pretty stupid)with total respect. And even though I never stepped foot in his office, he kept all phone appointments, returned my calls on a timely basis, and I felt treated me like, I was his only client. When my financial situation arose this year, I knew who to call and I was right.
