Gutter Repair and Replacement
I called twice two days apart before getting a call back. When Bill did call back he explained he did not have any time available in the spring and therefore was not a fit for me - he was direct and seemed sincere.

They returned my call. He said he was busy right now but would call me when free. He called on a Sunday afternoon & said he could be right over. He arrived in a half hour & completed the job. I am very happy with his work.

Mr. Plamann arrived on time, immediately began work, spotted and fixed problems quickly. He pointed out other work that could be done (which I'll follow up on), and was very professional and helpful.

BILL KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT WHEN THE JOB WOULD BE DONE WHILE WE WAITED FOR BOTH THE WINDOWS TO ARRIVE AND FOR HIS SCHEDULE TO CLEAR UP. THE JOB TURNED OUT TO BE A LITTLE MORE INVOLVED THAN ANTICIPATED, BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS WINDOWS WERE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. BILL NEEDED TO LEAVE TO GET MORE MATERIALS, AND AS A RESULT WASN'T ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB AS QUICKLY AS HE'D HOPED. HE CAME BACK THE NEXT AFTERNOON TO INSTALL THE SECOND WINDOW. AGAIN, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND LOVE MY NEW BASEMENT WINDOWS!

I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE SPEED OF BILL'S RESPONSE TO MY INITIAL PHONE CALL AS WELL AS HOW QUICKLY HE COMPLETED THE WORK. HE KEPT IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH ME DESCRIBING BOTH THE WORK HE HAD DONE AND WHAT HE THOUGHT STILL NEEDED TO BE DONE. REPLACING MISSING SIDING TRIM & REMOVING A BIRD'S NEST UNDER THE SIDING ''WHILE HE WAS AT IT'' WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. HE LEFT HIS WORK AREA VERY CLEAN. HE WAS AT MY HOUSE TWICE AND CHARGED $80 FOR THE FIRST VISIT AND $90 FOR THE SECOND, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY REASONABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

BILL AGREED TO FINISH OFF A JOB STARTED BY US, USING THE MATERIALS WE HAD ALREADY PURCHASED. BILL IS A TEACHER AND ONLY DOES THIS KIND OF WORK IN THE SUMMER. VERY HARD WORKING, PROFESSIONAL, EXCEPTIONAL PRICE. WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED TO HAVE THE QUALITY HE PROVIDED AT SUCH AN ECONOMICAL PRICE.
