Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Pricing was the determining factor on this purchase. vendor was 5 hours late to start the installation, but it was completed within the time outlined in the contract. Following the installation, the furnace no longer worked and a return visit was need. Vendor was 2.5 hours late for the return visit. Installation was complete, but workmanship was less than stellar. Frustration with untimely service was the major downside of this contractor.
