Auto Detailing Service
He gave me a brochure and I told him which package I wanted. It does say that they may charge you extra if anything is particularly bad. My car is reasonably clean. When I went to pick up the car, he had charged me $25 extra for rust that he said I couldn't’t see. I paid the $25. When I got the car home, I realized that my door handle, mirrors, leather seats, and part of my trunk had not been cleaned. I emailed him to tell him I was dissatisfied. When he responded, he said he would refund my $25 if I have him my name and address. I took my car out to show him that the job was not done properly. He said well everybody makes mistakes. I showed him my leather seats and he said that my seats were just discolored. He told me that no one forced me to go to him. He made it seem like it was my fault for taking my car to him. The work was poor.
