 + -1 moreI was satisfied with the work that was done but the original issue was not addressed. I called Larry after getting his name from a guy who does plaster work. Larry came over gave me an estimate and set up a day and time to do the work. He was on time, every time. He completed all of the work including some additional small things that where not on the estimate that I couldn't do. He was at my house for 2 days and was very polite and friendly. I did have issues with him not returning my calls when I had issues with water leaking again into my brand new wall. He came over to look at it and tried to fix it but when he wasn't able to, he stopped returning phone calls and didn't come back to pick up a ladder that he left at my house.
Description of Work: I had a 12 ft. outside wall that had to be completely replaced. He was able to take off the alluminum siding, replace the OSB, replace the studs, replace the drywall, replace the insulation, and replace some of the flooring. He did all of the work within the time given and for an exceptional price. However, I did have issues with water leaking into my new wall within the first few weeks of completion. He came over to look at it a couple of times but eventually I had to fix the leak myself as he stopped returning my calls.
