Scott was very thorough and explained to the buyers in great detail things that needed repair right away or what needs to be an on going yearly maintenance. Scott was on the roof, in the basement, in the attic and also looked at the furnace and water heater. Checked all outlets inside and outside the home. Ran the dishwasher to make sure there wasnt any leaks. Checked the grading pitch around the home. My buyers didnt feel he rushed and were very pleased with his service. Buyers did not want their home address listed but authorized the review.
