Seth was great at the initial estimate, follow up, and install, but that’s where it ends. I have had leaking issues with my gutter inside and outside corners and now after this round of heavy rain, leaking behind the fascia. I have attempted to reach out a couple weeks ago via text messaging and phone calls. Never received a call or message back. Reached out with two calls and a message this weekend and today as well as text messages and will not return my calls. Initially I was happy but sadly that is where it ended. A 7 year warranty isnt worth much if the owner wont follow up or return calls, messages, and texts. Still waiting and maybe helplessly hoping for a response. Will update if warranty and customer service are honored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, stay away. He does not back up his guarantee nor abide by his warranty. His quality is poor and communication worse. Knowledge of products and how they perform is limited and weak at best.
