It went very well. All the staff were very friendly. Dr. Heindl was wonderful with giving me all options with consideration for both my pet and myself. I appreciate that he did that. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Heindl. I know my cat was treated with kindness by him and his assistants.

They are fabulous on everything. They are very nice, they are excellent with the animals, and they take themselves very seriously. It is not a slip shot operation. I got a call back from the doctor. I was very impressed with them.

I have two dogs, have been using them for about two years and will continue to use them. They have some pretty good veterinarian there who will take time to talk with you about what may be going on with your pet and recommend various types of treatments, food and supplements where necessary. It seems like they go the extra mile. At the moment our favorite vet has been out for a while so we really miss her. The staff is very personable, they work hard and it is a good place to take your animal.

An incredibly possitive experience from start to finish!

We are pretty satisfied with them. The local newspaper does a survey every year and they have been rated as number one by people who read the local newspaper. They are very highly regarded in this area. They did a test right then and there during my last visit. They didn’t find anything. They told me that the next step would be to send it off to a clinic in the southern part of the state, which they did the last time too when we had these problems. So I am waiting for those results. I have been satisfied with the work they have done so far. I have been going to them for a year or two now. They charged me about $26 to have the first analysis of the stool sample. The price seems kind of high to me, but I haven’t checked the prices else where in a while. The most important thing is the level of service that they provide and their caring attitude. It’s very important that you get good care because your pets are like members of your family and that you feel like they are doing the best job possible for your pets. They get back to me right away and they are aware that I am concerned about my two dogs. We take both of them to the same vet. We definitely intend to use them going forward.
