Lawn aeration

After using Naturescape for 2+ years for lawn fertilizing, I turned to them for mowing services. Because of an ankle surgery I was not going to be able to mow my lawn. I signed up for the service in March but it wasn't until early May before the service began. The first two weeks, I had to call the office to report that the lawn was uneven with missed areas or had not been trimmed. I was told that the service would improved. I also requested that the day of mowing be moved to later in the week but was told I had no option but the day I was assigned too - Mondays. The next few weeks the lawn care was a bit better but each time, they would show up later and later. One time a was at 7 pm. During June, for no apparent reason, they stopped mowing my lawn on Monday and sometimes it would be done on Tuesday or Wednesday with no notice. Only one time should it have been delayed due to weather there was never any explanation given to me when I inquired just that they were busy. It is now the week of July 4th and my Monday mowing has not yet occurred. My of my calls to the office are during business hours but are not returned until the next business day or several days later. I have asked my doctor for permission to start mowing my lawn earlier than expected due to the unreliabliity and unprofessionalism that I have experienced with Naturescape. I would not recommend them for lawn services based on my experience these past few months.

Applications were regularly done and they always posted signs when they were done. But the lawn, while showing many fewer weeds, still does not look great. There are many brown areas where they may have overfertilized, and some of the weeds continue to thrive.

Service went fine - they are very fast but seem to do a thorough job.

We paid $250 for 5 applications. They're responsive enough. They do what they said. We signed up in early Spring. By the time they gave us their first application, we had more dandelions than we could even count. The point was not to get more dandelions but they didn't come until June. By that time, the dandelions were dying on their own.

They are awesome!  Flexible, easy to work with, do a good job and don't over-charge. Always nice when you call or email.  They are so easy and professional!

They do a great job.  If I have any questions or am concerned about a tree or bush, they will come out and look at it and treat it at no cost.  They will call a day or two before they come out, if you request it.

I was quite satisfied with this service overall, with the slight exception of receiving a bit more follow up solicitation by phone and mail than I'd prefer.
It was great that they were willing to do a limited one-month contract at a reasonable per-snowfall price while I was away on an extended vacation.

Seems to go well...rarely see the technicians, but they leave a card saying exactly what they did.  Lawn looks great!

They were super prompt, and got all the snow removed quickly.

Pretty good overall. Phone support was only average.

They were timely and very good at being careful working near the side retaining walls and garage door. Their services impressed me so I have contracted with them to provide 5-lawn care visits during this summer.

Made a big improvement in our lawn and services were reasonably priced.

They really cleaned our drive and sidewalks nicely - it was great to get out and not have to shovel.

Great service overall. I think different people came different times because, for instance, one time the back deck up to the back door would be shoveled off and the next time not.

Great.

Snow removal was fine. Grade: B. Lawn mowing was over the top. My lawn was cut even on weeks when we had no rain or lawn growth. My smaller yard was torn up by the wheels of the large equipment brought in and weed wacking was unprofessional. I also asked that they not blow grass onto my newly sided garage. They did this anyway and did not make time to clean it up. I did this myself. I have not contracted with them for another season.

Hope to work with them again next winter. Very good.
