Franklin Tile

Awesome! Todd does excellent work & we would highly recommend him. He tiled our shower, tiled the floor in the bathroom & put in some decorative tile that looks totally cool!! We've had tile work done a lot & never had it turn out as good as Todd's tile work. Don't hesitate to hire him!

Todd is very professional and knowledgeble.    He did a beautiful installation of stone tile for my kitchen backsplash.  He was able to resolve some complicated issues, was punctual, worked quickly and was pleasant to have working in my home.  In addition, he cleaned up carefully when he was finished.   I highly recommend him!

Todd was one of the nicest contractors I've worked with.  He responded quickly to my call, visited my home within two days and provided an immediate estimate.  His price was 50% to 70% less than the other two contractors I was able to get to respond to me.  I needed new floor tile resulting from a leaking toilet.  He replaced all of the wet subfloor and put a new overlay on the entire room followed by the ceramic tile and grouting. He allowed me to do the tear out myself and purchase my own tile at HD.  This saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars.  He did a nice job laying the tile.  I sealed the grout myself rather than having him come back after several days or pay an extra $50 for "super" grout.  There is one tile in the room that isn't sitting perfecting level with the rest but most people would never notice it.  The job took three days as Todd worked 4.5-5 hours per day.  I was not in a hurry so this did not matter to me and didn't cost me more since he bids per job.  If you're looking for speed, Todd is not your guy but he was wonderful to work with, provided sound advice, and did a good job.  I would happily hire him again.
